Acceptable Usage Policy of Free Cloud Host
The following activities and usage are prohibited in the hosting provided by us.
1. You may only host websites on your account. No other software or apps are allowed.
2. You cannot run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server.
3. You cannot provide or operate a free public hosting service unless approval from management for each service.
4. You cannot participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities.
5. You cannot run a proxy site (private or public).
6. You cannot use our services for file hosting/storage only.
7. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
8. Sending or utilizing Unsolicited Bulk Email or Spam or running any mailing lists, or engaging in SPAM-like activity.
9. Advertising or providing any product or service that is designed to violate the terms or licenses of any company.
10. Operating on behalf of or providing access to any entities listed in the Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database.
11. Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource.
12. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means with intent to avoid payment.
13. Unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or any attempt thereof, of any information or data of AFreeCloud or end-users by any means.
14. Knowingly engage in any activities designed to harass or cause a denial-of-service to any other user regardless of network.
15. Using our Services to interfere with the use of ours or any other network.
16. Containing or linking to content that Free Cloud Host considers illegal, obscene, insulting, distasteful, or that would make Free Cloud Host a target for attacks, threats, or any other form of negative action.
17. You may not run any process that Free Cloud Host deems excessive and impacts the other users on our server.
18. You may not run any bots or botting services on our network.
