So @Kreesher and @Binil. Looks as though my problem has been solved.

I used the IP that I saw in cPanel: 103.115.19.25

I then went to my Domain Host Namecheap, and then created new registered name servers for my domain. Kreesher, maybe you could use them too for DNS:

ns1.gigagenesis.net
ns2.gigagenesis.net

Anyway. It took a few minutes, and then my WordPress site was up and running again. It is going pretty fast. So server must be in good shape.
