Hello There,

I am kreesher and I am coming from gigarocket the previous service used to host my website.

Thanks for this initiative Binil and also Genesis to help make a quick and easy tutorial to follow in order to register and request the service.

Is hard to see gigarocket close the hosting service and hope one day it comes back, but is amazing to see other projects rise from this.

Want just to add that I tried to switch my nameservers but having errors to set up to this new service. I don’t know why. Can you let me know Binil if my domain is …eu.org it will work as well? Or the problem can be there.

Also upon trying to write 3 times on the browser on this forum the page crashed more than 3 times and I am now doing it via the phone(not ideal) and very hard to find the links and even login… but with time hope the forum get a new face and even improve in the mobile experience.

Thanks so far and will be waiting to configure my new host and report the experience and to contribute to the forum soon.

I am not exactly sure if eu.org works in this server. I had issues moving 2 accounts of eu.org here.

Anyways I have setup your account, we will see whether it works or not..

I think I am having problems.. tried to put the nameservers but give me 2 errors.

Error: Answer not authoritative

I will wait for the 24h you told me to see if there is any change. How did you move your 2 accounts eu.org.. any tips? You just needed to wait?

Hi Binil,

Was able to configure the eu.org domain and also the ssl certificate.

While trying to restore the files it gives me now an error
An error occurred. Your account may be over its quota or you attempted to upload a folder.

But the issue is the maximum is 1.99 Gb and my file has 537MB…So can’t see where the problem comes from.

Also even with the ssl certificate activated the cpannel is still saying ‘insecure connection’

https://rsdesign.eu.org/ is working – you need to install a redirect from http to https for visitors. If you are using wordpress, please install “Really Simple SSL” plugin.

Try uploading files and folders via ftp – don’t upload the entire zip folder.

Also, a suggestion since we have to keep counting the post number every month. What about adding under the username and picture the number of posts done and the remaining to complete?

Glad to see that your site is up and running. I am checking out plugins which can enhance the bbpress plugin so that we could get more features out pf this forum.
