I would like to apply for plan 2 hosting plan.
The domain is going to be xlildumpling.eu.org

Please let me know also how to use the nameserver setup
on https://nic.eu.org/arf/en/domain/new/

Just a quick question, is any tld from freenom.com (free domain registrar) unacceptable?

For plan 2, It will cost you a lot, I have selected plan 3 on Cloudways WordPress hosting platform with DigitalOcean server that cost me $10 per month with 25 GB Bandwith and storage.
