I thought I’d share my experience in a new support thread.
I update my Website every two months, and when I wanted to get in today, it wouldn’t show. There was no connection. So I have a setup with my domain at Namecheap where I had created my own name servers. Took a while for me to get with it, but I eventually noticed that the two last digits of the domain IP had changed. If this should happen to any one else, all you need to do is go into cPanel and check with the Zone Editor, and it will give you the domain IP that is used.
So after that I battled to get into my Website, but at least could get in. There was an issue with the certificate with Let’s Encrypt. So again, navigate in your cPanel to Security/SSL/TLS. Then choose the first option Use the default key type and save it. Then after that navigate to SSL/TLS Status, and the RunAutoSSL Tab will be available again. Click on it, or maybe you don’t even need to do it, as cPanel is clever and will do it for you. That solved my problem.
Again Binil. Many thanks for your generosity in still allowing us to have free quality cPanel hosting.
