If any one of you are receiving this error during wordpress update

Download failed.: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10010 milliseconds with 10583659 out of 16449156 bytes received
Installation failed.
Initially I tried changing the max_execution_time, max_input_time, max_input_vars, memory_limit, post_max_size, upload_max_filesize etc to maximum in cpanel, but it wasnt giving any results for me.
What worked mor me was to disable all the plugins and then trying the update again. Now it was working.
Afterwards, you can enable all your plugins.
Curl Error 28 causes
Could be due to a plugin. This was causing issue in all my websites.
