If you are already using CLoudflare, then you need to mention this when requesting hosting in the forums.
When requesting hosting mention the cloudflare nameservers that you have put currently with your domain registrar and we will be adding these servers instead of our servers when setting up your account. So you just need to change your records in cloudflare to point to our addresses.

yourdomain.tld – IN MX record – Priority: 0, Destination: yourdomain.tld (only if you are using our servers for email)
mail.yourdomain.tld – IN CNAME record –

ftp.yourdomain.tld – IN CNAME record –
cpanel.yourdomain.tld – IN A record – to point to our server IP address –
webmail.yourdomain.tld – IN A record – to point to our server IP address –
cpcalendars.yourdomain.tld – IN A record – to point to our server IP address –
cpcontacts.yourdomain.tld – IN A record – to point to our server IP address –
webdisk.yourdomain.tld – IN A record – to point to our server IP address –
You will get the IP address of the server when you login to your cpanel account.
