I also use Telegram, but unfortunately there are many people that prefer using and stuck to whatsapp and take a lot of time to do the switch…

I feel that with time more and more people are on telegram so this trend is to continue and hope to be able to uninstall whatsapp someday.

Meanwhile @binil while you don’t get the time to test. Can I just ask if you can revert at least to put back the 7.2?

Since having php 5.6.40 is messing a bit around some plugin compatibility when you did the switch.

If that could be done would be great and then we can test upgrade again when you get more time.

If is complicated to put on 7.4 maybe you can put again how it was 7.2. Because now in the current version 5.6.40 even wordpress is giving me messages on the dashboard that the php version is even older

Now on the wordpress I have 5.6.40. You are saying I have to update on the wordpress files first and just then upgrade to 7.4?

You could not do that directly from multi php 7.2 -> 7.4

Sorry to ask that because previously any upgrade on the php was just from the cpannel done from what I know

Thanks for trying to help but when I went to the website it says now:

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

When going to the cpannel multi php it says the current php is 5.4… not 7.4 So now is outdated. Can you try again putting the 7.4 please when you have time

Haha @andy I also used Deezer and is a good service – as you said is the free spotify alternative.

If you have iOS there is also a free spotify alternative app – called Musi
just found out this week. No limitations as well and good interface
